NETRA Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Between Netzero Energy Transition Alliance (NETRA) And Odisha Cleantech Association (OCTA) 1. Purpose This Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") establishes a framework for cooperation between the NetZero Energy Transition Alliance (NETRA) and Odisha Cleantech Association (OCTA) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties"). The purpose is to explore and pursue collaborative activities that support the global acceleration of the net-zero energy transition, including but not limited to-knowledge sharing, joint activities, policy coordination, and capacity-building 2. Areas of Collaboration The Parties may engage in the following areas of cooperation: Supporting each other's events, delegations, technology tours, and roundtables that align with shared missions. Joint communication and outreach initiatives, including shared branding, where appropriate, to raise awareness and drive participation. Knowledge exchange through reports, whitepapers, policy briefs, or data sharing related to technology, policy, and market trends. Support for skill development, including faculty/student exchanges, train-the-trainer programs, or joint educational outreach. Exploration of joint proposals for projects, programs, or funding opportunities that accelerate technology commercialization or scale-up. Promotion of mutual visibility, including potential access or preferential rates for each other's members at selected activities (subject to mutual agreement per event). OCTA will support NETRA's annual flagship event "Global Cleantech Expo-Odisha" NETRA will support OCTA's seminars, workshops and also assist in national level partnership 3. Roles and Responsibilities . The Parties agree to collaborate in a spirit of openness, mutual respect, and good faith. No financial, legal, or other obligations are imposed by this MoU
